Why Are Customer Reviews Important? Approximately 90% of people check out a business, product or service online before choosing to buy. Research suggests that 88% of these people trust online reviews. Websites such as Plastic Surgery Hub allow you to independently research practitioners and surgeons in order to hear what other patients have to say, get a feel for the surgeon’s popularity and make sure you’re making the right choice for you and your procedure.
