My experience with TLC
There were some things that got me thinking:
1. It would have been nice if the operator could explane an expectation on how long the process might take.
2. When calling back as to where my application process was at. Answer was that they would call back but no indication of what time or date.
3. I found that Ellie was most helpful in assisting me in my final stage of signing up.
